Fredhappy Refund, Replacement & Return Policy
We stand by our commitment to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. While we work with trusted U.S.-based suppliers to bring you high-quality products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a clear, hassle-free policy to support you.
We’ve got your back. If something’s not right with your order, here’s what you need to know:
Refunds & Returns
Order Delays
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. If your package has been in transit, pending, or without tracking updates for more than 45 days (U.S. orders)
We’ll issue a full refund or reship your item at no extra cost. (Certain shipping methods may have exceptions.)
Delivered But Not Received?
If tracking says your order was delivered but you never received it, we ask that you obtain a non-delivery certification from your local post office. Once received, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.
Damaged Products
- If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it or refund you—no stress.
- Submit a photo or video of the damaged product within 30 days of delivery
- We’ll review & approve your request ASAP
- In most cases, you won’t need to return the item
Incorrect or Missing Items
- If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong product, we’ll send the correct one or issue a refund.
- Submit a photo or video of the incorrect/missing item
- Once approved, we’ll reship or refund your order
Order Cancellations
We can cancel and fully refund your order before it has been processed and shipped.
Important:
- Print-on-demand (POD) and pre-order items cannot be canceled once payment is made.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Subscription & Order Credit Refunds
Subscription Refunds – We will issue a full refund for the most recent subscription charge if:
- The request is made within 5 days of the charge
- No order credits have been used
Order Credit Refunds – Order credits received via promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Unused order credits may be refunded on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds will always be issued back to the original payment method
